Hi Folks,
This Saturday from 10AM to 4:00PM you will find me at the Lakeway Church signing copies of my book along with other local authors. This book outlines the most effective way to get free from nicotine. It is how I stopped after having tried 8 times before. Having been a 2 and a half pack a day smoker, I thought I would die a smoker since I had no faith in my ability to stay stopped. If you are a smoker or vape, if you know., or love one who is, this approach is the one.
